Itinerary
1Day 1: Arrival in KigaliKigali
On arrival, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel. Depending on arrival time, enjoy a relaxed city visit or a selected cultural attraction without making the day too busy. Your tour representative will review the next day’s departure time, clothing recommendations and permit arrangements. Enjoy dinner and an early night
2Day 2: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park and Gorilla TrekMusanze
Leave early for the Volcanoes National Park briefing point, arriving in time for registration and instructions from park staff. Join your assigned guides and trackers for the trek through forest terrain in search of the allocated gorilla group. The duration and difficulty vary according to the group’s location, and sightings cannot be guaranteed. After the trek, return to the lodge for rest. If time and energy allow, enjoy a pre-arranged cultural activity before dinner. Meals: Breakfast; other meals according to the chosen plan
3Day 3: Northern Rwanda and Return to KigaliKigali
Enjoy breakfast and, if time permits, visit a selected local cultural attraction or take in views of the surrounding volcanic landscape. Check out and travel back to Kigali. Airport transfers should be scheduled with adequate time before departure. Meals: Breakfast
