I. Objective of Partnership

The primary objective of the partnership is to facilitate and enhance travel and tour services by combining resources and expertise to better serve our clients.

II. Roles and Responsibilities

A. Responsibilities of Legacy Heritage Tours Ltd

  • To provide logistical support for tours, including transportation and accommodation arrangements.
  • To design and implement tour packages that caters to diverse customer needs.
  • To ensure flexibility with all applicable travel regulations and standards.
  • Legacy Heritage Tours Ltd shall be responsible for sharing clients whenever any tourist head to the partner’s location and promoting the Partner’s services through its various channels such as its promotional emails, and social media platforms. The Travel Agency will also handle customer inquiries and provide support for booking services offered by the Partner. It will ensure that all promotional materials accurately represent the Partner’s offerings and maintain a dedicated support team for customer service related to the Partner’s services, available at least five days a week during business hours.

B. Responsibilities of [Partner Company]

  • To contribute specialized knowledge relevant to enhancing tour experiences.
  • To provide detailed information about their services, including availability, pricing, and special offers on a weekly basis, to market all Tour packages and other activities of Legacy Heritage Tours Ltd for the aim of boasting sales level between both parties. The Partner agrees to honor all bookings made through the Travel Agency at the agreed-upon rates and provide customers with high-quality service consistent with the standards set forth in this Agreement. The Partner will also provide the Travel Agency with promotional materials, such as photographs and descriptions of their services, for use in marketing campaigns.

III. Financial Arrangements

The parties agree to share revenues and expenses as follows:

  • Revenue Sharing: Starting from 5% upwards depending on the partnership agreement.
  • Expense Sharing: Cost of marketing and administration varies depending on the agreement.

IV. Duration and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and remain in effect until terminated by either party.

Termination may occur under the following conditions:

  • Mutual agreement by both parties.
  • Breach of Agreement by either party.
  • Providing 30 days’ written notice by either party wishing to terminate the Agreement.
